Residential laws have changed. StreetEasy, Zillow and Apartments.com are working against residentialagents. Renters don't really need brokers anymore like they did 6 years ago. The commission structures are getting smaller for residential.
Come toCommercialReal Estate. Get your nights and weekends back again. We mainly work 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. On Good days, when we have a lot going on we may be in the office until 8 or 9 pm sending follow up emails, writing Offer Term Sheets, closing deals, creating ads, etc…

I have trained dozensagentsto show Office Space Leasing. I have managed teams of 3-6 people many times. I will get your phone to ring. You will shadow me for the first few showings. I will shadow you for the next few showings, and soon I will be standing by on my cell phone when you are showing office spaces and the client has questions about loss factors, usable square footage, rentable square footage, CAM charges, and taxes.
